“My overall sense, right from day one, was it was created by people who had never created a commercial database application before," said FMS Software developer Luke Chung.

Chung looked over the site and was stunned by the code and the cost - by some estimates, perhaps $200 million.

Chung continued, “At $200 an hour, that would be a million man hours, 5,000 man years. I don't think they had time to use 5,000 man years. So I don't know where the money went. I don't know what these people were doing. There're not that many web pages. I don't get it! Where'd the money go?"

I know people who work in the health insurance industry, CGI has long been a laughing-stock. People who work in health-IT know that you couldn’t trust CGI to competently create a Facebook status update.

CGI got a no-bid contract because they donated to the Obama campaign. Unfortunately this will most likely not be reported about in the MSM, and no question about this will ever be asked in the White House briefing room or at a Presidential press conference.

Damn those extremist Republicans whose government shut-down caused all these problems!”

“Rick Morris, Director of Business Development for CGI Federal is seeking SDVOSBs to supplement CGI’s technical and support capabilities in the areas of systems integration and consulting, application management, technology management and business process services. He is committed to locating qualified SDVOSBS to pursue subcontracting opportunities to help grow these businesses. CGI Federal participates in the Mentor/Protégé [kickback] programs of the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Treasury and the Small Business Administration.”

“Many civil liberty organizations are concerned that the database is a privacy threat. The database includes information about suspects in federal cases, that local agencies get full access to.[1] Another security concern was brought up, because false information could be entered into the database, possibly diminishing the persons record, or giving the police a false lead [4] Officials say that all the information that is in the OneDOJ is already in another database that has a chance of being leaked, and the database is just making it easier for local agencies to come together to solve a crime.[1] Part of the fear may come from the congressional senate giving the Department of Justice a "D" on security.”

“The financial and IT businesses were changing so rapidly, we [SBA] had to make some changes to stay current with the private sector,"[Kristine] Marcy said. Banks had been asking SBA to make faster decisions on loan guarantees. The agency decided to aim for a turnaround time of one hour. SBA needs small-business partners, not just Oracle —Kristine Marcy, SBA chief operating officer .. "We need to make sure we are appropriately sensitive to small businesses" and have small-business partners, not just Oracle Marcy said. .. In the final phase of the modernization, SBA will upgrade the computers in its 8(a) Business Development Program, which assists small businesses in competing for government contracts, Marcy said. The agency wants to be able to improve its tracking of clients' successes and [contrived] failures.”

  1. As it stands today, there are few housing markets remaining in which sellers have to worry about much more than $500,000 in capital gains. obamacare enrollment agent
