#1802: Marine Links Mrs. Harper’s MI-3 Script-Kiddie Bombs to Serco Fairmont Canada Day

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked script-kiddie bombers apparently mentored by Mrs. Harper for the MI-3 Innholders Livery Company to Serco’s Wi-Fi-enabled black hat guests of the Fairmont Empress Hotel who allegedly placed script kiddie bombs near Victoria’s B.C. Legislature Building on Canada Day.

McConnell claims that Norman Inkster, MI-3 Innholders a founder and a former RCMP and Interpol boss, tasked Ms. Harper in the ‘90s with online mentoring of script kiddies caught in hotel-based honeypots set by Serco Canada, Base One Technologies and the CPR/Fairmont Hotel chain.

McConnell claims that Serco and MI-3 Innholders triage teams set Harper up with a honeypot command center in the Fairmont Chateau Laurier in Ottawa from where her black-hat associates allegedly mentored script kiddies now charged with placing bombs near the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston on April 15, 2013 and the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria on July 1, 2013.
McConnell notes that Serco (formerly RCA GB 1928) and the MI-3 Innholders used Bermuda’s Fairmont Hamilton Princess as a honeypot hotel during WWII and, while the Internet term script kiddie is new, the profiles of triaged victims and black-hat and white-hat hackers are unchanged

Canada Day bomb plot said to have elements of entrapment
John Stewart Nuttall, Amanda Korody charged with making explosive device
CBC News Posted: Jul 09, 2013 7:50 AM PT Last Updated: Jul 09, 2013 5:34 PM PT
The lawyer for one of two Surrey, B.C., residents accused of planning to bomb the province's legislature on Canada Day says the case has elements of entrapment.

John Stewart Nuttall and Amanda Korody were charged earlier this month with knowingly facilitating a terrorist activity, making or possessing an explosive device and conspiracy to place an explosive device with the intent to cause death or injury. Court documents show Korody and Nuttall are each facing an additional charge of conspiracy to murder persons unknown.

Nuttall and Korody briefly appeared in court in B.C. provincial court in Surrey Tuesday morning as provincial court charges against the pair were stayed so the case can move to B.C. Supreme Court for a direct indictment.

Speaking outside the courtroom, Nuttall's lawyer Tom Morino alluded to U.S. police forces being involved in the investigation, but said it could be tough to prove whether police set a trap for the pair.
"Entrapment is a very high hurdle to clear," he said. "I think it's safe to assume there were certain elements of that. Whether or not that officially constitutes the legal definition of entrapment, that remains to be seen."

Morino says he'll ask for a four-week to six-week adjournment after the pair is indicted in B.C. Supreme Court on Wednesday.
Nuttall and Korody smiled at each other in court, and Nuttall appeared to be clutching a Qur'an.

Friends question allegations

Nuttall, 38, and Korody, who is 28 or 29, are alleged to have turned ordinary pressure cookers into improvised explosive devices filled with rusted nails, nuts, bolts and washers.

Police have claimed the two were inspired by "al-Qaeda ideology," but say there’s no evidence the two were acting "at the direction of a terror group."

Police released this image of 'inert' explosive devices seized in the thwarted bomb plot. (RCMP)

The couple’s friends have said they find it hard to believe the pair could have organized such a plot.

Korody has been described as a bright and creative but impressionable young woman who could have been led astray.
Nuttall, meanwhile, is described as a talented musician with the mentality of a 16-year-old.

The couple’s landlord described them as having limited means and questioned how they could have financed such a plot.

CBC News reporter Steve Lus, who was allowed inside the couple’s basement suite, said the couple lived in squalor, and described a living space strewn with discarded methadone bottles, video games and DVDs.”
In 1939, when the world went to war, The Fairmont Hamilton Princess was under British Censorship and home to Allied servicemen. The basement became an intelligence center and way station where all mail, radio and telegraphic traffic bound for Europe, the U.S. and the Far East were intercepted and analyzed by 1,200 censors, of British Imperial Censorship, part of British Security Coordination (BSC), before being routed to their destination. With BSC working closely with the FBI, the censors were responsible for the discovery and arrest of a number of Axis spies operating in the US, including the Joe K ring. Rumor has it that it was nicknamed 'Bletchley-in-the-Tropics' after the English country house where the Enigma code was broken (Sir William Stephenson, the Canadian-born British spymaster who was the subject of the book and film A Man Called Intrepid resided for a time at the Princess, following the war, before buying a home on the island, and was often visited there by his former subordinate, James Bond novelist Ian Fleming).[8][9]

“She [Laureen Harper] went to Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary planning to become a journalist [and wittingly or unwittingly, to be trained as a script-kiddie mentor]. Realizing writing wasn't her forte, she switched to photography, showing a talent for computer-generated graphics. After graduation, she made her African pilgrimage, travelling with a youth group. Her letters home told tales of insects, water rations, even a run-in with guerrilla soldiers. "Laureen was always a very independent person who wasn't afraid to take a risk," says Saville. One leap she made was romantic. On that trip, Teskey became involved with Neil Fenton, a young New Zealander. The couple returned to Canada, married quietly in April 1985, and moved into a small apartment. Teskey found a job as a graphic artist for GTO Printing. Fenton wanted to own a restaurant. Both were focused on their careers, children were not in the plan. Their split in 1988 came as a shock to Teskey. "Laureen thought she had a good marriage," says a relative. "But they had different values."

She became involved in politics. Believing in the proposed North American Free Trade Agreement, she volunteered on the 1988 federal campaign of Calgary Progressive Conservative MP Jim Hawkes who was running against his former aide, Stephen Harper, the Reform candidate. Hawkes won handily.

Teskey soon found herself drawn to the fresh energy and excitement of Reform, the grassroots conservative party born out of disillusionment with Mulroney conservatism. She designed communication materials for the party, including a poster for Reform MP Deborah Grey who had taken Stephen Harper to Ottawa as her assistant. Yet Teskey's and Harper's paths didn't cross until a Reform party assembly in Saskatoon in 1990. The couple was more forcefully introduced by Cynthia Williams, Harper's former fiancée, who met Teskey when the two worked at GTO. Thinking they would hit it off, Williams asked Laureen to join her and Harper for lunch. "I like Laureen a lot," she says. Calgary Conservative MP Diane Ablonczy also recalls nudging the two together. "Stephen was sick with bronchitis from being in a basement suite," she says. "I said to Laureen, 'Stephen needs to get out more, why don't you ask him out?' She's just so peppy, she's a tonic for anybody. So she said 'Do you think he would go?' " Not long after, Teskey was helping Harper with graphics for his M.A. thesis. The couple bonded over a shared zeal for smaller government and a love of cats.

Friends were surprised by the coupling - Teskey is gregarious, Harper taciturn; she thrives on outdoor daredevilry while the asthmatic Harper prefers indoor cogitation. "He was so serious and so focused on politics it didn't occur to me he had the time or inclination for a romance," says Ablonczy. "I saw it as a good thing, thinking she'll bring him out of his shell," says Grey. That the rumpled [script kiddie] Harper had "project" written all over him is believed to be part of the appeal for the can-do Teskey.

Harper owned one suit, his shirts had buttons missing, and he drove a run-down Dodge bought at a police auction. "It was as if she was thinking, 'I can finish this guy off, round him out,' " says a friend. Another friend says Teskey was drawn to Harper's intellect and seriousness. "He's a really steady guy." "Laureen said it was the first time she had met a guy who could keep up with her," says Ablonczy. "She had such a keen interest in things and here was a guy who shared the same interest in current affairs." Harper's kindness to her family also won her heart. Saturday nights Teskey and Harper would often drive to visit her grandmother in Black Diamond where Harper would do all the cooking. By December 1991, the relationship was serious; Teskey filed the legal paperwork to finalize her divorce.

Teskey was more than just a card-carrying member of the Reform party, she was an organizer and an activist, recalls Ezra Levant, publisher of the Western Standard. "If you joined the Reform party it wasn't because you saw this as a quick route to a job in politics or power, it was because you were attracted by the ideas and Laureen was." Levant recalls talking to her about gun control. "If you're somebody living in Toronto or Montreal, gun control is an abstract feel-good idea that is supposed to disarm downtown gangs who don't use shotguns and rifles," he says. "But 15 to 20 years ago, Laureen Teskey talked about what it's like to be a young woman in a small town with a rural population where big city 911 police are not just a phone call away." Levant recalls Teskey's great social instincts. In 1991, he and she hosted "Laureen and Ezra's Christmas & Hanukkah bash," inviting hundreds of up-and-coming conservatives, some of whom they'd never met. Teskey designed the invitations. "It was a graphic with no left turns, right turn ahead, nothing serious or highfalutin," he says. They ended up staging it for three years.

When Stephen Harper took on his old mentor Hawkes again in the 1993 election, Teskey was by his side, designing signs that defied party specs. He was a reluctant candidate, says Hawkes. "There's no doubt in my mind he didn't want to be a politician." Another friend concurs: "He was initially adverse to and quite terrible at retail politics. He hated it; he was uncomfortable in groups and really disliked glad-handing."

In December 1993, a month after his win, the couple, surrounded by a handful of family and friends, were married by a justice of the peace in their house in Calgary's Scenic Acres neighbourhood. Harper found a furnished studio apartment in Ottawa while Teskey stayed in Calgary, building her graphic design and desktop publishing business. Teskey was known for being on the cutting edge of technology. "She was talking about the Internet before anyone knew what it was," says Williams [that’s allegedly because she was hired by MI-3 Inkster to set up hotel-based Wi-Fi honeypots in say Calgary’s Fairmont Palliser Hotel to entrap and mentor script kiddies]When Ben was born in 1996, she brought in a part-time babysitter.

In 1997, in a move that surprised many, Harper announced he was resigning from his seat to head the National Citizens Coalition. He said he wanted to spend more time with his family, and ruled out any future run for leadership. By the time Rachel was born in 1999, the family was well settled in a house they had built in Calgary's Tuscany area.”

The Fairmont Palliser, (formerly known as the Palliser Hotel) is a hotel of the Canada-based Fairmont Hotels and Resorts chain. The historic [peacock term] hotel is located in downtown Calgary, Alberta on 9th Avenue South adjacent to the Calgary Tower and Palliser Square. It is among the city's oldest and most luxurious hotels.

When the Canadian Pacific Railway pushed west in 1883, Calgary was essentially a mounted police post and trading center. With an influx of tourists, mainly en route to Canadian Pacific's Banff Springs hotel, a hospitality spot in Calgary was an essential link.
Groundbreaking for the building started on May 12, 1911, on property owned by the Canadian Pacific Railway.[1] It was built by P. Lyall and Sons Construction Company with materials such as stone, steel, reinforced concrete and brick at a cost of $1,500,000.
The hotel opened on June 1, 1914.[2] Like all of the flagship Canadian hotels in the Fairmont chain, it was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway and was a property of Canadian Pacific Hotels and Resorts (CP Hotels) until the company purchased Fairmont and changed their name to Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in 1999.”
Dzhokhar Anzorovich "Jahar" Tsarnaev (/ˌˈxɑr ˌtsɑrˈn.ɛf/joh-khar tsahr-ny-ef; born July 22, 1993) andTamerlan "Anzorovich Tsarnaev (/ˌtæmərˈlɑːn/ta-mər-lahn; October 21, 1986 – April 19, 2013)[note 1] were two Chechen brothers suspected of perpetrating the April 15, 2013, Boston Marathon bombings.[1][2][3] The bombings killed three people and reportedly injured as many as 264 others.[4]

Shortly after the Federal Bureau of Investigation declared them suspects in the bombings and released images of them, the Tsarnaev brothers allegedly killed an MIT police officercarjacked an SUV, and engaged in a shootout with the police in the Boston suburb of Watertown, during which Tamerlan was killed and an MBTA police officer was critically injured (the latter by what may have been friendly fire[5]). Dzhokhar was injured but escaped, and an unprecedented manhunt ensued, with thousands of police searching a 20-block area of Watertown. On the evening of April 19, the heavily wounded Dzhokhar was found unarmed hiding in a boat on a trailer in Watertown just outside the police perimeter, arrested, and taken to a hospital. It was later reported that he was persuaded to surrender when the FBI negotiators mentioned a public plea from his former wrestling coach.[6]

While still confined to a hospital bed, Dzhokhar was charged on April 22 with using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death and with malicious destruction of property resulting in death.[7][8][9] He could face the death penalty if convicted.[10][11] Dzhokhar allegedly later admitted during questioning that they next intended to detonate explosives in Times Square in New York City and that they were jihadists who perpetrated the bombings on their own to defend Islam from attack.[citation needed] Dzhokhar reportedly also admitted to authorities that he and his brother were radicalized, at least in part, by watching Anwar al-Awlaki lectures.[12] ABC reported on April 23, 2013, that authorities linked Tamerlan to an unsolved triple homicide in nearby Waltham that took place around the 10th anniversary of the September 11 attacks.

Born seven years apart in different republics of the former Soviet Union, the brothers are half Chechen and half Avar.[13]They immigrated to the United States as refugees in 2002. Tamerlan was an aspiring boxer who authorities believe had recently become a follower of radical Islam. Dzhokhar was a student at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth who became a naturalized U.S. citizen on September 11, 2012, seven months before the bombings.”

To promote tourism and passenger ridership the Canadian Pacific established a series of first class resort hotels. These hotels became landmarks famous in their own right. They include The Algonquin in St. AndrewsChâteau Frontenac inQuebecRoyal York in Toronto, Minaki Lodge in Minaki Ontario, Hotel VancouverEmpress Hotel in Victoria and the Banff Springs Hotel and Chateau Lake Louise in the Canadian Rockies. Several signature hotels were acquired from its competitor Canadian National during the 1980s, including the Jasper Park Lodge. The hotels retain their Canadian Pacific heritage but are no longer operated by the railroad. In 1998 Canadian Pacific Hotels acquired Fairmont Hotels, an American company, becoming Fairmont Hotels and Resorts Inc. and the combined corporation operated the historic Canadian properties as well as the Fairmont's U.S. properties until sold in 2006.[citation needed]”

“A pressure cooker bomb is an improvised explosive device (IED) created by inserting explosive material into a pressure cooker and attaching a blasting cap into the cover of the cooker.[1] Pressure cooker bombs have been used in a number of attacks in the 21st century. Among them have been the 2006 Mumbai train bombings2010 Stockholm bombings (failed to explode), the 2010 Times Square car bombing attempt (failed to explode), and the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings.[2] On Canada Day 2013, Pressure cooker bombs failed to explode at the Parliament Building in Victoria, British Columbia.[3]
