#2006: Marine Asks Quo Warranto Obama? In re Serco White House Override and Murder of Navy SEAL Vaughn

Plum City – ( United States Marine Field McConnell is asking Barack Obama the Quo warranto? question in re a Serco apparent override of the White House's Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) where an unidentified operative appears to have authorized the murder of Navy Chief Special Warfare Operator (SEAL) Aaron C. Vaughn in Extortion 17 – the call sign for the aged Boeing CH-47 helicopter which crashed at a crime scene in Wardak province, Afghanistan, killing 30 Americans and 7 Afghans on August 6, 2011.

McConnell claims that Serco director and former NSA Intelligence Director, Maureen Baginski, began working with London Company of Virginia investees in 1994 on a Defense Red Switch Network facility which now allows them to override White House incumbents and spot fix body counts at crime scenes associated with catastrophe bond (a.k.a. cat bond) insurance frauds.

McConnell believes Baginski and London Co founder Stephen M. Goddard used a no-autopsy body-bag and DRSN override strategy for the Murrah Building (OKC) bombs of April 19, 1995.

London Co investees with crime-scene access to Serco Defense Red Switch Network

Corrections Corp of America – Felons plant or remove evidence, extort blue-team silence and hack the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) to override orders from legitimate commands;
Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. – Equips cat-bond contract killers with semi-automatic pistols;
Alliant Techsystems Inc, (ATK) – Vaporizes evidence of contract hits with rocket-fuel arson;
Service Corp International – Destroys evidence of cat-bond hits in crematoria body bags;
White Mountains Insurance Group – Buffett cat-bond triggers – Fireman’s Fund contract hits.

McConnell suggests that families of victims should sue Maureen Baginski and Stephen Goddard and their Serco and London Company colleagues for damages in re the alleged wrongful death of people such as Navy SEAL Aaron Vaughan who appears to have died after an ultra vires overridden authority was relayed through the White House Defense Red Switch Network and resulted in the destruction of Extortion 17 and the contract killing of everyone on board.

Quo warranto (Medieval Latin for "by what warrant?") is a prerogative writ requiring the person to whom it is directed to show what authority they have for exercising some right or power (or "franchise") they claim to hold.

History [edit]

Quo warranto had its origins in an attempt by King Edward I of England to investigate and recover royal lands, rights, and franchises in England,[1] in particular those lost during the reign of his father, King Henry III of England.[2][3] From 1278 to 1294, Edward dispatched justices throughout the Kingdom of England to inquire “by what warrant” English lords held their lands and exercised their jurisdictions (often including the right to hold a court and collect its profits). Initially, the justices demanded written proof in the form of charters, but resistance and the unrecorded nature of many grants forced Edward to accept those rights peacefully exercised since 1189.[1][4] Later, quo warrant functioned as a court order (or "writ") to show proof of authority; for example, demanding that someone acting as the sheriff prove that the king had actually appointed him to that office (literally, "By whose warrant are you the sheriff?").

The most famous historical instance of quo warranto was the action taken against the Corporation of London by Charles II in 1683.[5]The King's Bench adjudged the charter and franchises of the city of London to be forfeited to the Crown, though this judgment was reversed by the London, Quo Warranto Judgment Reversed Act 1689 shortly after the Glorious Revolution.

Publication [edit]

The Quo warrant pleas from the reigns of Edward I, Edward II and Edward III were published by the Record Commission in 1818.

Quo warrant today[edit]

In the United States today, quo warrant usually arises in a civil case as a plaintiff's claim (and thus a "cause of action" instead of a writ) that some governmental [citation needed] or corporate official was not validly elected to that office or is wrongfully exercising powers beyond (or ultra vires) those authorized by statute or by the corporation's charter.

In some jurisdictions which have enacted judicial review statutes, such as Queensland (Australia), the prerogative writ of quo warranto has been abolished.[6]

Extortion 17: Bodies of the 22 slain SEAL Team 6 members cremated without their families permission
Posted on July 29, 2013 by Chad Miller

So many unsettling details are coalescing with the resurgence of Extortion 17. The suspicious August 6th, 2011, CH47-D Chinook helicopter crash in Wardak Province, Afghanistan which claimed the lives of 38 American military personnel. Of those 38 lost, 22 were members of Navy SEAL Team 6, the Naval Special Warfare unit responsible for the killing of notorious 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden approximately 3 months earlier in Abbottabad, Pakistan on May 2nd, 2011. On May 3rd, 2011, while attending the Washington Ritz Carlton Hotel at a dinner event immediately following the take down of bin Laden, in a speech he delivered to a large gathering, Vice President Joe Biden publicly revealed the identity of the unit responsible for the top secret operation, thus exposing both these men & their families to the potential threat of retaliation. An egregiously overt act which (as seems to be the standard hallmark of this President & those in his administration) is met with absolutely no accountability whatsoever.

Yet for as harmful & detrimental as Biden’s deliberate act was to the safety & well-being of these men & their kin who have served & given to our Country selflessly, it’s only one article in a breathless litany of morbid revelations linked to Extortion 17 that we’ve become aware of. Not the least of which being the 8 Afghan commandos originally slated to depart with our military personnel on that fated day almost 3 years ago in their responding as back up to an Army Ranger unit engaged in combat with Taliban insurgents, all of whom were replaced at the last minute without any changes made to the manifest & with their identities still unknown. Of the subsequent investigation into the crash overseen by General Jeffrey Colt, this detail was suppressed & not mentioned or even acknowledged in his 1250 page report. Leading some to speculate at the possibility the original 8 Afghans who had been replaced went on to impart specific information of the special operations mission to the Taliban sources who organized & coordinated the attack responsible for taking down the Chinook.

Considering that between January & August of 2012, an estimated 31 U.S. military people were murdered by our own Afghanistan military allies with 60 more wounded in 30 attacks that same year, I don’t find that speculation so far fetched under those existing circumstances. In the previous year, 2011, 35 U.S. military people were reported murdered in 21 incidents. Of all these murders & injured service people, these occurrences all happened on our military posts located in Afghanistan. It gives a whole new significance to the phrase, “with friends like these…”, which is essentially how I view this President & his administration. Obama has demonstrated time & again that he & his people aren’t above resorting to threats, intimidation, & outright brazen skulduggery against those whom Obama perceives as being political “enemies”. Going so far as to deploying various government Agencies such as the DOJ, DHS, & the IRS as his own personal Gestapo to enforce his will in the process.

As Americans & our Nation languish under this malaise by design, our enemies thrive as this President lends aid & political support to their cause. Such as we witnessed with the downfall of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak & Obama’s glowing endorsement of Mubarak’s successor, Mohamed Morsi. An Islamist with known deep ties to the militant Muslim Brotherhood. The very same radical organization Obama has facilitated the insurgence of into our own government via his administration. Now, a year later, we’ve all seen how well Morsi worked out for the Egyptian people as indicated by their protests in record numbers, resulting finally in the recent coup by Egypt’s military & their removing Morsi & his Muslim Brotherhood associates from power.

Charles Strange, father of fallen SEAL Team 6 Special Forces serviceman Michael Strange, has been outspoken against Obama & Vice President Biden for what he believes is the direct role each played in his sons death, going so far as to say in a July 25th, 2013, article, “Obama sent my son to his death”. In the following excerpt, Strange went on to recount from his recent interview with radio talk show host Michael Savage:

~After Vice President Joe Biden revealed that SEAL Team 6 carried out the operation that killed Osama bin Laden in May 2011, Strange said the members of his son’s team gave startling indications to their families they were about to meet their demise.

Charles Strange, told Savage Wednesday night that in June 2011, on at least three separate occasions his son grabbed him by the bicep and announced that he had prepared his will.

The bewildered father finally was able to find out what it all meant.
Michael Strange, his father recalled, said, “Something’s going on with the team. Somebody’s leaking things out. Something’s going on.”

Savage, reacting with emotion, asked: “Your son knew he was being sent to his death?”

“They knew,” Strange replied. “They knew something was up. Every one of them.”~

Navy Chief Special Warfare Operator (SEAL) Aaron C. Vaughn
Died August 6, 2011 Serving During Operation Enduring Freedom
30, of Stuart, Fla.; assigned to an East Coast-based SEAL team; died Aug. 6 in Wardak province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when the CH-47 Chinook helicopter in which he was riding was shot down.

Fallen SEAL remembered as 'tough warrior, gentle man'

The Associated Press

Elite Navy SEALs member Aaron Carson Vaughn had asked the military to return him to combat and shipped out just six weeks before he was killed.

Vaughn’s grandmother, Geneva Vaughn of Union City, Tenn., told The Associated Press that her grandson, a Tennessee native, had wanted to be a SEAL since he was a child and returned to combat just two weeks after his 2-month-old daughter was born this summer.

“Aaron was a Christian and he’s with Jesus today,” Vaughn said. “He told us when we saw him last November that he wasn’t afraid because he knew where he was going, and he said, ‘Granny, don’t worry about me.’

“He was a tough warrior, but he was a gentle man.”

Vaughn, 30, of Stuart, Fla., leaves behind his wife, Kimberly, and two children, 2-year-old son Reagan and 2-month-old daughter Chamberlyn. Vaughn had been based in Virginia Beach, Va., and had also seen postings in Coronado, Calif., Guam, Germany, Iraq and Afghanistan, his grandmother said.

Aaron Vaughn enlisted in November 2002, according to the Navy, and he joined the SEALs straight out of boot camp. He completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL School, Coronado, Calif., in April 2004. Vaughn served in a West Coast based special warfare unit from November 2004 to June 2008, then moved to the East Coast-based SEAL team in June 2008.

Vaughn was already a decorated fighter when he was asked by the Navy to return stateside to become an instructor, his grandmother said. But he chafed under the assignment and applied to SEAL Team Six after two years, earning his way onto the squad in 2010. Geneva Vaughn said he was one of the few SEALs who performed well enough to get his name on the “First Time Every Time Wall,” a benchmark of honor for the few SEALs who pass every test on their first try.

“The last time he was in Afghanistan he received a medal because his team was under fire and couldn’t see the enemy. He left the ones he was with and drew fire and killed the enemy to save the men he was with. We couldn’t tell any of this stuff when he was alive because it was a secret,” Geneva Vaughn said.

Vaughn met his wife, Kimberly, while she was on a USO tour entertaining troops in Guam as a Washington Redskins cheerleader. They married about four years ago.

“Aaron’s hard to miss — 6-feet-4, beautiful guy,” Kimberly told WTTG-TV in Washington from her parents’ home in Burke, Va., where she was when she learned her husband was one of the troops killed in the helicopter crash.

Kimberly said she talked with her husband about the dangers inherent in his job, but she usually tried to put it out of her mind.

“You could sit there and worry yourself to pieces, thinking that they’re constantly going to get hurt,” Kimberly said. Aaron believed that “his time, if it were to come early, that it was meant to be. Aaron wouldn’t have wanted to leave this earth any other way than the way he did, and that’s laying down his life serving his country.”

Aaron Vaughn grew up in rural Obion County outside of Union City in northwestern Tennessee and briefly moved with his parents to Stuart as a teen. He returned to Obion County to finish his senior year of high school, then attended two years of college before joining the Navy.

“He was doing what he loved to do and he was a true warrior,” Geneva Vaughn said.

Vaughn’s decorations include the Purple Heart; Defense Meritorious Service Medal Joint Service Commendation Medal with ‘V’ for valor; two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and one with ‘V’ for valor; Presidential Unit Citation; two Navy Good Conduct Medals; National Defense Service Medal; Afghanistan Campaign Medal; Iraq Campaign Medal; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; two Sea Service Deployment Ribbons; Navy Expert Rifleman Medal and Navy Expert Pistol Shot Medal.”

The suppressed Mk II is used by United States Navy SEALs[2] and pest control officers. [citation needed] This variant is considerably quieter than a standard Mk II and accurate to 70 m (230 ft).[3]

The AWC TM-Amphibian "S" is an integrally-suppressed variant of the Ruger Mk II Target .22 LR pistol. The sound suppressor uses a primary baffle of 303 stainless steel and a secondary baffle of 6061-T6 aluminium alloy. The AWC weapon manual states, "This suppressor is 'Amphibious' and can be fired with water. A couple of tablespoons of water can be poured into the suppressor for extra quiet operation."[4] It uses both standard and high velocity ammunition reliably and is finished in U.S. Navy spec stainless-matte finish. The pistol has an overall length of 13.25 in (33.7 cm), a suppressor length of 7 in (18 cm), a diameter of 1 in (2.5 cm) and weighs 41 oz (1,200 g).[5] This weapon is classified in the U.S. as a Title II weapon and requires a $200 transfer or manufacture tax in addition to registration with the ATF.”
