#2027: Marine Links Serco’s NSA Baginski to Obama Hull House Closure, Westminster Pedophile Ring

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco and former NSA director Maureen Baginski to Obama’s order to close Chicago’s Hull House in 2012 and delay the exposure of a Westminster pedophile blackmail ring allegedly operated by the Offender’s Tag Association and its White’s gambling club sponsors since the early ‘80s.

McConnell’s researchers have evidence that White’s gamblers set up Toynbee Hall (Whitechapel 1888) and Hull House (Chicago 1889) to groom children, including telegraph boys, to be pimped to government leaders so the victims could be blackmailed into giving lucrative outsourcing contracts to insiders of the City Livery Companies.

McConnell alleges that Serco trapped White’s Club alumnus David Cameron in the Westminster pedophile ring while he worked at Treasury (1990-1993) and forced the U.K. Treasury under Norman Lamont to fund Baginski’s NSA agents as they outsourced the Defense Red Switch Network allegedly used to coordinate mass-casualty events at Waco, Murrah, East African Embassies, 9/11, 7/7 and MH Flight 370.

McConnell notes that Serco has now integrated the Defense Red Switch Network into the communication systems on U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corp, and U.S. Navy MRAP vehicles in Iraq and Afghanistan and is therefore able to issue ‘stand down’ or ‘stand up’ orders to U.S. front line forces in the name of the President of the United States even while the outsourced doppelganger named Barack Hussein Obama is at a fund raiser!

“Westminster pedophile ring 'cover-up': Home Office chief says 114 child sex files ‘probably’ destroyed
Jul 08, 2014 23:10
By Jason Beattie, James Lyons
Civil servant Mark Sedwill admitted he was “concerned” by the missing files but insisted people “should not assume there was anything sinister” about it

The Home Office’s top civil servant today told MPs that 114 files detailing allegations of child sex abuse in Westminster were probably destroyed.

Mark Sedwill admitted he was “concerned” but insisted people “should not assume there was anything sinister” about them going missing.

He said: “I am concerned, frankly, about the 114. I am concerned about all the material we cannot find.”

He also confessed he did not know the titles or the content of the documents, which dated from 1979 to 99.

Mr Sedwill admitted Home Secretary Theresa May has not read a report he commissioned into the missing files and was not even told they had vanished.

He was also unable to say whether basic checks were made before an investigator concluded the Home Office had not given taxpayers’ cash to the notorious Paedophile Information Exchange.

Last summer Home Office permanent secretary Mr Sedwill ordered an unnamed iinvestigator to look into the missing files and claims that the department funded PIE – a group that lobbied to legalise child sex.

Speaking to the Commons home affairs committee, Mr Sedwill said at the time Home Office documents were destroyed after two years. He refused to name the mystery investigator, but insisted that he trusted their judgment.

A fuming Keith Vaz, committee chairman, said: “This is becoming like a John le Carre novel. You appoint someone to do an investigation who you say is a terrific guy. They go off and conduct the investigation. “You are asking a committee of Parliament to rely on your good faith in choosing this person and the report that they have written.

“And you are not telling us that when the report came forward and said there was 114 missing files, that you just asked for their titles?” Fellow Labour MP Ian Austin asked whether a former Home Office worker who said he saw documents suggesting that PIE was being funded by the department had been questioned.

And Mr Austin asked whether the investigator knew Clifford Hindley – the official in charge of handing out grants – had written about Greek pedophiles.

Mr Sedwill insisted: “It is not appropriate for me to get into the detail of how an investigator proceeds.”

But Mr Austin stormed: “It is not much of an investigation it seems to me.” Mr Vaz gave the permanent secretary until Friday to come up with answers including a copy of the investigator’s full report.

Mr Sedwill’s responses angered the two Labour MPs whose campaigning has forced a new probe into missing files and a wider inquiry into child-sex abuse.

Tom Watson, whose questions triggered the inquiries, said: “The permanent secretary knows less than the Home Office tea boy. He left the committee with more questions than answers.”

And Simon Danzcuk said that he was “disappointed” by his evidence. He added: “You would have thought that the permanent secretary would have done his homework before he went in front of these MPs”.

The probe into the missing files and a wider inquiry into the handling of historic sex abuse allegations was ordered by Theresa May.

Inquiry: Leon Brittan, Theresa May and David Cameron (July 7, 2014)

But there was mounting criticism of her response today.

Jim Gamble, former head of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre, accused her of appointing “amateurs” to investigate claims of a cover-up in the Home Office.

And the Bishop of Durham, the Right Rev Paul Butler, demanded a full, judge-led public inquiry.

Meanwhile it emerged retired judge Elizabeth Butler-Sloss, 80, who will lead the wider inquiry, may have to probe her brother’s role in an alleged cover up.

Her relative Lord Michael Havers – the Attorney General under Margaret Thatcher – allegedly tried to lean on ex-Tory MP Geoffrey Dickens in 1981 to stop him revealing that diplomat Sir Peter Hayman was arrested for possessing child abuse images.

Havers reportedly argued with Dickens for 20 minutes before the MP used parliamentary privilege to name Hayman.

Sir Peter – a PIE member – escaped trial, prompting cover-up claims. Today top mandarin Mr Sedwill revealed party whips in charge of enforcing discipline at Westminster will have to open up their so-called “dirt” books to Lady Butler-Sloss’s inquiry.

He was speaking after an interview surfaced with a former senior Tory who boasted how whips under Edward Heath’s government collected information on its MPs – and could cover up scandals.

Mr Vaz questioned if Lady Butler-Sloss was the right person to lead the inquiry given she could be required to investigate fellow members of the House of Lords.

Downing Street pointed to her work as head of the Cleveland child abuse inquiry in the late 1980s.

A former Health minister today claimed vulnerable youngsters in children’s homes were preyed on by “powerful people” who sexually abused them.

Lord Warner backed up chilling new claims from a former child protection expert that a pedophile group of 20 senior politicians and prominent figures operated in the 1980s.

The Labour peer said: “I think they are possibly true. Some of these children’s homes were targeted by people in power - powerful people” Lord Warner is a former social services chief for Kent.

Meanwhile a review of a possible cover-up of child sex abuse involving Sir Cyril Smith has been stopped by police after officers said a “wider investigation” is needed.

Greater Manchester Police could call in the Home Office or detectives from another force to carry out the inquiry into Knowl View School in Rochdale.

Rochdale Labour MP Simon Danczuk claims politicians and the police covered up that the town’s former Liberal Democrat MP raped and abused boys.

The council appointed a deputy high court judge to look into claims sexual or physical abuse of children took place at premises owned, managed, operated or funded by the council from 1961 to 1995. Neil Garnham QC had been asked by the council to identify whether abuse was “tolerated, facilitated or promoted by the council or its officers and staff”.

Chief Constable Sir Peter Fahy said: “Our assessment has reached the stage where we believe a wider investigation is required.” The fresh probe into closed Knowl View began in 2012, but as yet no arrests have been made. It followed GMP’s announcement Smith had been accused of abusing eight youngsters at a hostel, although no prosecution was pursued.”

Toynbee Hall February 17, 2011 · Prime Minister David Cameron launched the Welfare Reform Bill at Toynbee Hall earlier today. "I’ve come to Toynbee Hall to give this speech because of the history here. This building resonates with social responsibility – and that is my theme today," he said.”

“Edward Snowden Interview: The NSA and Its Willing Helpers

Interviewer: What are some of the big surveillance programs that are active today and how do international partners aid the NSA?

Snowden: In some cases, the so-called Five Eye Partners 4 go beyond what NSA itself does. For instance, the UK's General Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) has a system called TEMPORA. TEMPORA is the signals intelligence community's first "full-take" Internet buffer that doesn't care about content type and pays only marginal attention to the Human Rights Act. It snarfs everything, in a rolling buffer to allow retroactive investigation without missing a single bit. Right now the buffer can hold three days of traffic, but that's being improved. Three days may not sound like much, but remember that that's not metadata. "Full-take" means it doesn't miss anything, and ingests the entirety of each circuit's capacity. If you send a single ICMP packet 5 and it routes through the UK, we get it. If you download something and the CDN (Content Delivery Network) happens to serve from the UK, we get it. If your sick daughter's medical records get processed at a London call center … well, you get the idea.”

“Building a State-of-the-Practice Data Communications Network To create a state-of-the-practice data communications network required Serco to engineer different solutions for each of the AFSCN’s unique locations. Each ground station around the world had to be surveyed in order to develop detailed installation plans, project support agreements and testing plans. Furthermore, to assure communications reliability between the ground station and the operational control nodes, Serco also had to conduct a complete circuit testing exercise.

… In developing this enhanced voice and data communications network, Serco’s team engineered and implemented an ATM backbone and secure voice system for each of the AFSCN ground stations. The installed network was based on a Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture utilizing IP based network capabilities and proprietary secure communication technologies such as KG-75s, KG-84S and KIV-7s. In addition, Serco ensured Defense Red Switch Network connectivity and operations throughout the AFSCN”
