McConnell claims that in a 1996 conspiracy to reinvent government, Serco tasked Jarrett and the convicted spy Robert Hanssen with the integration of the Nortel-developed Joint Automated Booking System into a snuff-film murder-on-the-tag network linking the Clinton White House to the offices of the Mayor of Chicago, Richard J. Daley.
McConnell believes Serco stopped John Bennett Ramsey from exposing the JABS conspiracy with the kidnap and murder of his daughter JonBenet Ramsey – the apparent victim of a foreign-faction snuff-film team hired by Jarrett and pedophiles 'on the tag' from the Boulder County Jail.
McConnell claims that Serco equipped its dirty banker HSBC at Canada Square with the JABS to track the camera crews and crisis actors who have allegedly been deployed by Jarrett to build a snuff-film archive – cf. East Africa Embassy bombing, USS Cole, 9/11, Pat Tillman, Extortion 17 and MH 37 and 17 – which, quoting John le Carré, has become "a currency that advances the group that possesses it. They tend it jealously, keeping it from others and creating their own little aristocracy. And through that, new people of power come to the top of the service."
McConnell invites readers to a proof by contradiction of his deduction that Jarrett's agents used Serco's Joint Automated Booking System to transmit coordinates to the Boeing autopilot on AA11 for the ad hoc waypoint at which Jules Naudet's camera was panned and pointed one and a quarter seconds before the money shot of "Snuff Film 9/11".

"American Airlines Flight 11 was a domestic passenger flight that was hijacked by five al-Qaeda members on September 11, 2001, as part of the September 11 attacks. They deliberately crashed it into the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City, killing all 92 people aboard and an unknown number in the building's impact zone. The aircraft involved, a Boeing 767-223ER, was flying American Airlines' daily scheduled morning transcontinental service from Logan International Airport, in Boston, Massachusetts, to Los Angeles International Airport, in Los Angeles, California.
Fifteen minutes into the flight, the hijackers injured at least three people (possibly killing one), forcibly breached the cockpit, and overpowered the captain and first officer. Mohamed Atta, an al-Qaeda member and licensed commercial pilot, took over the controls. Air-traffic controllers noticed the flight was in distress when the crew was no longer responding. They realized the flight had been hijacked when Mohammed Atta's announcements for passengers were transmitted to air traffic control. On board, flight attendants Amy Sweeney and Betty Ong contacted American Airlines, and provided information about the hijackers and injuries to passengers and crew.
The aircraft crashed into the North tower of the World Trade Center at 08:46:40 local time. Countless people in the streets of New York City witnessed the strike, but few video recordings captured the moment. Documentary film maker Jules Naudet captured the only known footage of the initial impact from start to finish. Before the hijacking was confirmed, news agencies began to report on the incident and speculated that the crash had been an accident. The impact and subsequent fire caused the North Tower to collapse 102 minutes after the crash, resulting in hundreds of additional casualties. During the recovery effort at the World Trade Center site, workers recovered and identified dozens of remains from Flight 11 victims, but many body fragments could not be identified."
"Serco's Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence is based in Colorado Springs, CO. The team provides a variety of services in support of Boeing's business units as well as research and development efforts. Serco's architecture employs object-oriented (OO)/Unified Modeling Language (UML) to define, design and satisfy defense agencies' mission-critical requirements, including Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) [and the imputation of ad hoc waypoints for anti or pro-hijacking teams]. This approach improves system developer's understanding of operational requirements and how best to integrate enterprise operations and systems for the optimal fulfillment of C4I and other operational needs."
"A money shot is a moving or stationary visual element of a film, video, television broadcast, or print publication that is disproportionately expensive to produce and/or is perceived as essential to the overall importance or revenue-generating potential of the work.
Originally, in general film-making usage, the "money shot" was simply the scene that cost the most money to produce. In general, a money shot (also called a money-making shot) is a provocative, sensational, or memorable sequence in a film, on which the film's commercial performance is perceived to depend. The scene may or may not be a special-effects sequence, but may be counted on to become a selling point for the film. For example, in an action thriller, an expensive special-effects sequence of a dam bursting might be considered the money shot of the film. Many filmmakers read a script and look for the most dramatic or climactic moment—the money shot—in the proposed film. Even though the costs or technical challenges of filming such an impressive scene may be huge, producers and directors will do whatever it takes to get that shot completed. It is because of its box-office importance and expensive set-up, that this climactic scene is often referred to as a money shot.
The term money shot has also been used as another name for a cum shot in pornographic films. Referring to the ejaculation scene as a money shot has been attributed to producers paying the male actors extra for it. According to Steven Ziplow, author of The Film Maker's Guide to Pornography, "the cum shot, or, as some refer to it, 'the money shot', is the most important element in the movie and that everything else (if necessary) should be sacrificed at its expense." It has also been argued that this is the filmed moment that the audience has paid to see.
Television Talk shows
In TV talk shows, a money shot may be a highly emotional scene, expressed in visible bodily terms, such as a guest's tearful confession of a previously well-kept secret, or his dramatic retelling of a traumatic experience.
Money shots in journalism are shots that grab and hold viewers' attention. They can include images of a person in an unusual, noteworthy, tragic, embarrassing, or incriminating situation, or news footage of a notable event, such as an earthquake, tornado, or explosion. A money shot is typically a shot that would be difficult to set up or anticipate in advance. Because such shots are frequently fortuitous, amateur footage is disproportionately represented among money shots: a shot of a tsunami rolling into a city is a rare and newsworthy money shot whether it was recorded by a professional crew or simply by an amateur who happened to be on the scene with a camera. In television news broadcasts, money shots are often repeated again and again in order to retain viewer attention."
"MDA Wins Key U.S. Aviation Contract
Press Release Source: MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd.
Posted Thursday, May 3, 2001
Richmond, B.C. - MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSE: MDA) announced today the company has been awarded a contract by the United States Air Force to develop a system to be used by specialists at Air Force bases to design Instrument Approach Procedures (IAPs).
IAPs are published instructions to pilots specifying a series of aircraft maneuvers that must be executed for the aircraft to transition safely from an en route airway to a runway final approach when flying by instruments. MDA's system ingests digital terrain and elevation data, air navigation data (such as the locations of navigation aids, runways, buildings and towers) to build and display a virtual model of the physical environment surrounding an airport. It then develops the complex surfaces that define a safe approach corridor for any of the dozens of IAP variants, and determines whether any of the defined surfaces are penetrated by terrain or man-made obstacles. It flags these incursions to the operator, who can quickly modify the approach procedure through a drag-and-drop user interface.
This initial award, valued at $2.9 million (CDN), consists of a fixed price element to develop, integrate, and test the system. The next phase will include installation, government testing, and operator training. The contract includes an option for the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to adapt the system for their needs. The U.S. Air Force also has options to field the successful system at up to 108 air bases around the world, and to award T&M support contracts for up to 8 years. MDA plans to team up with Air Navigation Data (AND) of Ottawa to offer a custom solution, based on AND's "Final Approach" product. MDA President and CEO Daniel Friedmann said: "This is a significant project for MDA that has the potential to improve the safety of air transportation for many other air forces and civil aviation authorities world wide.""
"Obama Ally Valerie Jarret Promises Vengeance Against All Opposition (Hope and Change?)
November 5th, 2012 | 5 Comments
Apparently, Obama ally Valerie Jarrett has declared vengeance against anyone that opposed them in the first term or election. Doug Ross (no relation) has the details…
• Valerie Jarrett: 'After We Win This Election, It's Our Turn Payback Time' « Openly declared as "Obama’s Brain", and the figure whose second story West Wing office has been described by political insiders as the true Oval Office of the Obama White House, Valerie Jarrett is letting it be known that if Barack Obama secures election victory next week, there may be, quite literally, hell to pay for those who opposed him… …The part that really stuck out to me was when I overheard the rep say that Jarrett told them, "After we win this election, it's our turn. Payback time. Everyone not with us is against us and they better be ready because we don't forget. The ones who helped us will be rewarded, the ones who opposed us will get what they deserve. There is going to be hell to pay. Congress won't be a problem for us this time. No election to worry about after this is over and we have two judges ready to go." She was talking directly to about three of them. Sr. staff. And she wasn’t trying to be quiet about it at all. And they were all listening and shaking their heads and smiling while she said it.
Is it just me, or are the words of a dictatorship? Frankly, It shows a great deal about the liberal mind set. They are correct. They MUST rule. It is justifiable to cheat in order to win. And, it is a must to punish any and all dissent. To gain and maintain the power they desire, they must crush all opposition. Ms. Jarrett just displayed that."
"JABS has nine major interfaces – five external and four internal. The first is a generic interface between JABS and a law enforcement agency's booking stations. The second is the interface between JABS and IAFIS. The third is the JABS web interface between JABS and an end user. The fourth is the internal web service and web interfaces between JABS and USMS. The fifth interface is internal and provides a daily FTP push to OneDOJ (a criminal law enforcement data repository). The sixth interface is internal and provides data to OCDETF via e-mail with file attachments. The seventh interface is internal and provides data to DEA via e-mail with file attachments on a monthly basis. The eighth interface is external and provides data to ACTIC via FTP to a JCON-hosted FTP server with file attachments on a weekly basis. The ninth interface is external and interfaces with the query tool to the Chicago Police Department’s Investigative Resources System [and Jarrett in the West Wing office in the White House]."
