McConnell believes that Jarrett extorted the former Boeing director and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the late John Shalikashvili, into transferring the company headquarters with its Serco Red Switch operatives to Chicago in 2001 to support intermodal transport to Black Hand captains' moving in and out of global crime scenes associated with the Blue Air waypoint attacks of 9/11 and the fatal stalls of AF447 and QZ8501.
McConnell alleges that Jarrett has refined the Shotgun Man method of Black Hand extortion in Chicago of the early 1900s where, to avoid being murdered, a victim had to bring a specified amount of money to a specified place at a specified time and he claims that Jarrett is now deploying Black Hand killers via inter-modal transport to crime scenes where a specified, insured passenger-carrying asset is liquidated at a Blue Air place and time.

SYDNEY: An Australian aviation expert said on Tuesday that human error undoubtedly led to the disappearance of AirAsia flight QZ8501 after the pilots flew directly into a well-known danger zone above the Java Sea.
Expert Neil Hansford said that either the Indonesian captain or the French first officer plotted a dangerous flight plan.
He said veteran pilots avoided the area where the plane is believed to have gone down and would not fly through it.
"They call it 'the thunderstorm factory,'" Hansford told the Nine Network, Xinhua reported.
"You plan to go around it. You don't plan to go through it."
He said whoever plotted the flight plan made a fatal error.
"Whoever did the flight plan - now we don't know whether it was the French first officer or the captain himself," Hansford said.
"Whether they read the meteorology right they were given in Surubaya who dropped the ball? And how well did they communicate? One whose basic language is Bahasa, and the other guy's basic language is in French.
"How good is their common English between the two of them?"
He concluded by emphatically saying it was pilot error.
"I've said all along it was never going to be engineering," Hansford said.
Meanwhile, search for the missing plane resumed Tuesday. The multi-national search operation has now been expanded to a wider area, media reports said.
The Airbus A320-200 disappeared Sunday en route from Surabaya in Indonesia's East Java to Singapore after the pilot requested a change of flight plan due to stormy weather.
The ill-fated plane was carrying 162 people, including 155 Indonesians, three South Koreans, and one person each from Malaysia, Singapore, Britain and France.
AirAsia, a low-cost carrier established in 2001 by Tony Fernandes, a Malaysian of Indian descent, has dominated cheap travel in the region for years with about 100 destinations and affiliate companies in several Asian countries.

UK paper The Daily Mail has reported the blogger saying that the same group was also responsible for making Malaysia Airlines MH370 disappear and the shooting down of MH17 in Ukraine.
His claims have started a storm of speculation online, more so because he had said that the Black Hand group would next target an AirAsia flight, almost two weeks before QZ8501 vanished.
In one comment on December 15, which has been loosely translated by a Reddit member, the blogger apparently warns:
"Black hand has hijacked and shot down MH370 and MH17.
"This has pretty much killed the sixth largest airline: Malaysian airline.
"Now the black hand are targeting AirAsia to ruin this airline cause it too belong to Malaysia.
"Given how powerful the black hand are I suggest that all Chinese thinking about traveling to avoid AirAsia, so that you don't disappear like those on MH370."
Black Hand is a term used as a metaphor for a covert organisation or underground group. The Daily Mail reported that a Reddit user suggested that the translation should read "International big black hand" which was more of a reference to an "international bully".
Social media users have called the blogger a "conspiracy nut," while others accused him of being crazy.
Since QZ8501 vanished while en route from Surabaya to Singapore Sunday morning, many took to social media expressing shock at the prediction and speculated that the man could be a Chinese intelligence official or a hacker.
There were no Chinese nationals on board QZ8501 unlike on MH370, which was flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 7.
