#2231: Marine Links Cameron’s Riot Club PFI To Black-Hand Time-Line Hebdo Hack, Serco Cassidian Airbus Track

Plum City - ( United States Marine Field McConnell has linked David Cameron's 1993 launch of "Riot Club" private finance initiatives (PFI) to a Black Hand* hack of time lines for various Hebdo "crisis actors" apparently tracked through Serco-customized white vans by the Airbus-owned Cassidian tasked with "Defending world security ".

Black Hand* – Crime-scene captains of livery companies with a "License to Kill, Extort and Bribe" namely The City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1527, Master Mariners and Air Pilots 1929 and the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638.

McConnell believes that Black Hand captains positioned the Serco white "Rent A Car" van (see below) at a Hebdo crime scene in the Boulevard Richard Lenoir and used the Cassidian wireless system built by Serco for Skynet partner Airbus to hack the time lines of Muslim police officer Ahmed Merabet – a crisis actor from the French National Gendarmerie – and backhaul simulated snuff-film images to the Serco-Cassidian PFI at Oakhanger for distribution to the UK media.

McConnell notes that Helric Fredou a Police Commissioner with SRPJ (Service Régional de Police Judiciaire) involved in the early investigations into the Hebdo massacre has just been found dead in his office having allegedly taken his own life with his service weapon.

McConnell believes the reason for Fredou's suicide will be similar to the reason for the suicide of the late Colin MacMillan, former Assistant Secretary of Defense under President George H. W. Bush during the Gulf War, who was awaiting confirmation as United States Secretary of the Navy in 2003 when he died from an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound in the head at his New Mexico ranch. McConnell invites rebuttal of his allegation that Cameron uses Riot Club PFIs for Black Hand hacks of "crisis actor" time lines and staged the 9/11, 7/7 and 7/1 attacks to justify Serco-Airbus's defense of world security with bribed or extorted world leaders.

Why are the attackers speaking perfectly clear American English in France? You cannot do that in France – you will starve. They clearly say "cops are bullshit" with a perfect American accent before "shooting" the cop. Most likely military contractor ISIS, which is based in America, did this job. Additionally, the soundtrack is unrealistically clear, with perfect audio compression: an obvious studio job. There were two cameras: the cell phone cam which produced poor video, and a second camera with a professional shotgun mic. The video and soundtrack were then merged. There is simply no other way the sound could be so clear from a cell phone: the impact, frequency response, clarity, could only have been produced with a professional setup.

THE CUE LINE :-) This clinches it yet again. This wag the dog is so blatantly obvious, they totally butchered it.

Take a look in front of the car. There is a marker line there. Some have said this is just a fluid leak, but it is obviously not, because in the next frames we see the continuity error: another line magically appears on the road at a 90 degree angle. Fluid leaks will not do that; they are obviously painted lines being used as cue marks for where to put the car, and this terror scene was done in multiple takes.

Since our "terrorists" only got out once, the mysteriously appearing cue line needs some explaining. 90 degree angles with the other line prove it is not a fluid leak, which would flow in only one direction. This totally busts the lie. I am NOT CHARLIE; Charlie can go to hell. They screwed this up big time.

I have looked at the related newscast, and the Freudian slip, where the reporter says in clear English "the blood that has been put there": the screw up is real. He stumbles and tries to cover it up, but a Freudian slip is exactly what it is; and done as clearly as this reporter did, there is no going back.”

A Police Commissioner with SRPJ (Service Régional de Police Judiciaire), Helric Fredou, was found dead in his office early Thursday. It is being reported that he took his own life with his service weapon.

Fredou was the 2nd highest ranking official in the department and was involved in the early investigations into the Charlie Hebdo massacre. French media claims that he interviewed one of the families of the victims and had yet to finish his report. A union representative has stated that Fredou was battling depression and experiencing burn out. He was 45.

In 2003 the Labour Government used Public-private partnership (PPP) schemes for the privatisation of London Underground's infrastructure and rolling-stock. The two private companies created under the PPP, Metronet and Tube Lines have now been taken into public ownership due to their financial problems, at significant cost to the UK taxpayer.[14]"


Long-term collaboration between Cassidian and the French Ministry of the Interior Renewal of the RUBIS national communication network with 330 radio frequency (RF) links installed in about one year One of the stages in the modernisation of the RUBIS network has led the Cassidian teams onto the highest radiocommunication site in France which is located on the Aiguille du Midi in the Mont Blanc mountain range at an altitude of more than 3,800 m.

Lieutenant Colonel Gilles Martin, who manages the National Gendarmerie's operational communication systems, emphasises the importance of this project: "The development of the RUBIS network towards ‘all IP' and particularly the development of its national RF component is fully in line with the strategy of enhancing existing infrastructures and preparing for the future as economically as possible, with ICSFH paving the way for future technologies."

The Ministry of the Interior has reaffirmed its confidence in Cassidian by selecting it as industrial prime contractor for the deployment and through-life support of the RF connections linking the RUBIS radiocommunication sites operated by the French National Gendarmerie As part of this contract, Cassidian has teamed up with Aviat Networks, market leader in the design and implementation of RF equipment.
