#2310: Marine Links Serco Black Hand Germanwings Crash To Clinton Base-One Patents And The Carbon-Capped Pentagon Spy

Plum City - ( United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco Black Hand* navigators behind the crash of the Airbus A-320 of Germanwings Flight 9525 in the French Alps to patented devices, allegedly activated by Hillary Clinton's aides in Base One Technologies' war rooms, for the carbon-cap murder of passenger Yvonne Selke, a Pentagon spy in the satellite mapping branch of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

BREAKING: "One Pilot Locked Out Of Cockpit" Germanwings FLT 9525

McConnell believes Serco, the current operator of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, used money from two shareholders, HSBC (the drug-hub banker) and Allianz (the Germanwings insurer), to set up the Base One war room in the Bronx in March 1995 as a dual-use carbon-cap facility for the then-First Lady Hillary Clinton, a former patent lawyer at Rose Law in Little Rock, Ark.

McConnel claims that Clinton aides operate the Base One war room either as a honeypot to track and kill "White Hat" spies such as Ms. Selke, who might have tried to stop the use of patented devices to crash the Germanwings plane, or, as a Black Hand war room to activate the patented devices so the "Black Hats" can fill 150 body bags with carbon-capped corpses or the pieces thereof.

"Daily Mail … BREAKING NEWS: Pilot of doomed Flight 4U 9525 jet was 'locked out of cockpit minutes before crash and tried to smash door down', black box recorder reveals
Black box voice recorder was salvaged from wreckage of Airbus today Audio taken from device 'reveals one pilot left cockpit during the flight' Pilot is heard banging on door but receives no response from colleague No details on the pilots' names, ages or nationalities have been released Revelation is first insight into what took place in moments before crash By STEPHANIE LINNING FOR MAILONLINE and HARRIET SIME IN LONDON and PETER ALLEN IN PARIS FOR THE DAILY MAIL PUBLISHED: 23:56 GMT, 25 March 2015 | UPDATED: 02:07 GMT, 26 March 2015 One of the pilots of the ill-fated Germanwings plane was locked out of the cockpit minutes before the aircraft plummeted into a remote region of the Alps, it was sensationally claimed last night.
Audio files taken from the black box voice recorder that was salvaged from the wreckage of the Airbus A320 reportedly indicate the pilot left the cockpit and could not re-enter.
The pilot is heard knocking lightly on the door of the cockpit before trying to 'smash the door down' when his colleague fails to answer, according to the New York Times.
The revelation is the first insight into what took place on the aircraft in the moments before the plane crashed - killing all 150 on board, including three Britons - on Tuesday.
Audio taken from the black box voice recorder (pictured) that was salvaged from the obliterated wreckage of the Airbus A320 indicates the pilot left the cockpit and could not re-enter, it has been reported An unnamed military investigator told the respected US newspaper: 'The guy outside is knocking lightly on the door and there is no answer.
'And then he hits the door stronger and no answer. There is never an answer. You can hear he is trying to smash the door down.'
The claim will inevitably lead to speculation that the crash was deliberate – either caused by a suicidal pilot or as a result of terrorist activity.
However, the lack of a response by the crew member at the controls might also indicate he had passed out or had become incapacitated in some way.
The recording so far provides no indication of the condition or activity of the pilot who remained in the cockpit.
The mangled black box from Airbus A320 is the key that will unlock the mystery of the doomed flight.
Yesterday air crash investigators cracked open the jet's cockpit flight recorder after recovering it from the slopes of the French Alps.
It will explain why the Germanwings aircraft lost radio contact with air traffic controllers during a routine flight from Barcelona to Duesseldorf.
Aircraft black boxes – in fact usually painted bright orange to help investigators find them – are often recovered intact, even from the most serious crashes. But pictures of the black box cockpit voice recorder recovered from the Airbus A320 – designed to store two hours of conversation and withstand impacts of as much as 3,400 times the force of gravity – show it had been dented, twisted and scarred by the impact of the collision.
Intriguingly, neither pilot on board the Airbus A320 flight has been named, nor any details of their age or nationality released by Germanwings.
The airline's chief executive, Thomas Winkelmann, has said one of the pilots had more than ten years' experience, including more than 6,000 hours on A320s.
The evidence is understood to come from a cockpit voice recorder that is currently being analysed by accident investigators in Le Bourget, near Paris."
"Anti-hijacking cockpit door system for aircraft US 20030052779 A1 ABSTRACT
An aircraft cockpit door system is disclosed comprising a bulletproof cockpit door and bulkhead, and a bulletproof lavatory isolation door and bulkhead. A logic control circuit alternately locks the two doors, keeping the cockpit crew at all times isolated from other persons aboard the craft to ensure the safety of the cockpit crew, and ultimately the aircraft."
"Airliner irreversible-control anti-hijack system US 6845302 B2 ABSTRACT Directed toward universal commercial-airliner application as an air/ground-lifesaving function, this cost-effective retrofitable system enables airliner-pilots to conveniently actuate an inconspicuous AIRCIA™/enable-switch,—thereby instantly disabling onboard flight-commands to render the airliner's guidance-system irretrievably placed into total reliance upon its existing autopilot-system in RF-communication with encrypted remote ground/air-intercept personnel. Acting to virtually confound any criminal-attempt by a hijacker to commandeer an airliner, the airliner thus becomes flown only as directed by an authorized remote/flight-control station in cooperation with the airliner's remotely-reprogrammed onboard avionics-system, automatically vectoring the airliner to land safely via the existing avionics/autopilot-system at a designated airport. The AIRCIA™-system is initially verified for flight-worthiness operation upon every routine preflight/check-list procedure, its master ECU/restore-switch being accessible externally of the aircraft-interior. Support-system options include SmartCard®-interfacing, and automatic is engagement of AIRCIA™-system in event of natural-cause pilot-incapacitation, and ATI (automatic/tranquil-Infusion) which introduces tranquilizing-gas into the airliner's entire interior."
Black Hand* – HSBC's drug and arms-cache navigators with a Serco "License to Track, Film and Kill" for the City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1537; Master Mariners and Air Pilots (formerly GAPAN) 1929, and Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – whose alumni include U.S. Presidents James Monroe, Chester Alan Arthur, Calvin Coolidge and John F. Kennedy and – perhaps – Barack 'Choom Gang' Obama.

McConnell believes Serco's Black Hand navigators crashed Germanwings Flight 9525 by activating patented carbon-cap devices through Clinton Base One war rooms and, by spoliation of evidence at the crime scene in the French Alps, tried to hide the murder of passenger Yvonne Selke, a Pentagon spy in the mapping branch of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

"NY Times EUROPE Germanwings Pilot Was Locked Out of Cockpit Before Crash in France
By NICOLA CLARK and DAN BILEFSKYMARCH 25, 2015 PARIS — As officials struggled Wednesday to explain why a jet with 150 people on board crashed in relatively clear skies, an investigator said evidence from a cockpit voice recorder indicated one pilot left the cockpit before the plane’s descent and was unable to get back in.

A senior military official involved in the investigation described "very smooth, very cool" conversation between the pilots during the early part of the flight from Barcelona to Düsseldorf. Then the audio indicated that one of the pilots left the cockpit and could not re-enter.

"The guy outside is knocking lightly on the door and there is no answer," the investigator said. "And then he hits the door stronger and no answer.

There is never an answer."

He said, "You can hear he is trying to smash the door down."

While the audio seemed to give some insight into the circumstances leading up to the Germanwings crash on Tuesday morning, it also left many questions unanswered.

"We don't know yet the reason why one of the guys went out," said the official, who requested anonymity because the investigation is continuing. "But what is sure is that at the very end of the flight, the other pilot is alone and does not open the door."

The data from the voice recorder seems only to deepen the mystery surrounding the crash and provides no indication of the condition or activity of the pilot who remained in the cockpit. The descent from 38,000 feet over about 10 minutes was alarming but still gradual enough to indicate that the twin-engine Airbus A320 had not been damaged catastrophically. At no point during the descent was there any communication from the cockpit to air traffic controllers or any other signal of an emergency.

When the plane plowed into craggy mountains northeast of Nice, it was traveling with enough speed that it was all but pulverized, killing the 144 passengers and crew of six and leaving few clues.

The French aviation authorities have made public very little, officially, about the nature of the information that has been recovered from the audio recording, and it was not clear whether it was partial or complete. France's Bureau of Investigations and Analyses confirmed only that human voices and other cockpit sounds had been detected and would be subjected to detailed analysis.

Asked about the new evidence revealed in the cockpit recordings, Martine del Bono, a bureau spokeswoman, declined to comment. “Our teams continue to work on analyzing the CVR,” she said, referring to the cockpit voice recorder. "As soon as we have accurate information we intend to hold a press conference."

Meanwhile, prosecutors in Marseille, who have been tasked with a separate criminal inquiry into the crash, could not immediately be reached for comment. Brice Robin, the Marseille prosecutor, was due to meet Thursday morning with the families of the crash victims.

At the crash site, a senior official working on the investigation said, workers found the casing of the plane's other black box, the flight data recorder, but the memory card containing data on the plane's altitude, speed, location and condition was not inside, apparently having been thrown loose or destroyed by the impact.

The flight's trajectory ahead of the crash also left many unanswered questions."

"Germanwings plane crash: Virginia mother and daughter named as victims
State Department confirms three Americans were on board plane that crashed in France but were not yet releasing third victim's name 'out of respect for the family'

Three Americans were among the victims of the Germanwings air crash over the French Alps, the US State Department confirmed on Wednesday.

Two of them were named as Yvonne Selke and her daughter Emily, from Nokesville, Virginia. The State Department said it was not releasing the third victim's name yet "out of respect for the family".

Raymond Selke, the husband of Yvonne and father of Emily, paid tribute to his loved ones, calling the two "wonderful to a fault". Speaking from the family home in Nokesville, about an hour south-west of Washington DC, Selke said Yvonne and Emily had been on vacation in Spain when they boarded the flight to Germany that went down on Tuesday with no survivors. The plane, bound for Düsseldorf, took off from Barcelona and crashed into a mountain in the French Alps.

"They loved traveling, and they loved to be in each other’s company. They were just traveling out there together,” Selke said.

Yvonne Selke, 58, was an employee of contractor Booz Allen Hamilton and Emily Selke, 22, was a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Emily had a passion for music, and her ambition was to "manage large shows, music shows in the entertainment industry”, Selke said.

Asked if his wife had any particular passions, he said: "Life."

Emily had one sibling, an older brother Trevor. "He is doing OK," Selke said of his son.

In an earlier statement, Selke had said: “Our entire family is deeply saddened by the losses of Yvonne and Emily Selke. Two wonderful, caring, amazing people who meant so much to so many.” He asked people to dedicate their prayers to his lost loved ones.

Selke told the Guardian that he had been offered passage to the crash site by Lufthansa, the parent company of Germanwings, but at this time, he said, he preferred not to travel and to wait in hope that his wife and daughter’s remains could be repatriated.

"My wife and daughter were wonderful people. Generous, kind, wonderful to a fault," he said. They were traveling for pleasure in the region when they took the flight bound for Germany, he said.

Yvonne Selke worked at the Pentagon's satellite mapping branch, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. She was described as a highly regarded staff member, according to a local news report.

Emily graduated from Drexel in 2013, and tributes to her from sorority sisters at the university were being posted on Facebook.

One statement read: "She embodied the spirit of Gamma Sigma Sigma. As a person and friend, Emily always put others before herself and cared deeply for all those in her life."

Washington Technology Top 100: #44 (Note: last listing before Serco acquisition)

SI International, Inc. of McLean, Va., is a key NSA contractor now owned by Serco Inc. of the UK, the world’s largest outsourcing company. SI runs some of the NSA’s support and management functions. Its niche is advising intelligence and defense agencies on their acquisition and outsourcing strategies.

It also helps intelligence agencies as they shift from proprietary "stove-pipes" to integrating their IT systems with sister agencies and the Pentagon's evolving Global Information Grid. GIG is the Internet-like system that will theoretically link military commanders, warfighters, and national collection agencies into a single classified network.

In August 2008, SI was acquired by Serco Inc., which describes itself as a "a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services focused on the federal government." SI International is now part of Serco’s North American division. See Serco's press release.

SI bought into many of its contracts by acquiring smaller companies holding specialized NSA contracts. Of particular importance was SI's $30 million acquisition in 2004 of Bridge Technology Corporation, which had extensive contracts with defense intelligence agencies. Bridge "really gave us name-brand recognition within the intelligence community," S. Bradford "Bud" Antle, SI's former president and CEO, told investors during a 2006 Washington conference on defense investing sponsored by the Friedman Billings Ramsey investment firm. "The IC wants other players. They get a bit in-bred because they have a set of contractors that are clean with capabilities they’ve known forever." For that reason, agencies are pleased when they "see an acquisition like us buying Bridge."

Corporate Information

According to SI's old website, the company specializes in “mission critical outsourcing.” That means SI International "is an expert in putting together mission-critical business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions for record management and processing, case management, workflow management, human resource services, and logistics operations. These outsourcing arrangements increase efficiency, productivity and quality of service, lower administrative costs, reduce office supply costs, enhance supervisory oversight over personnel, minimize time spent on unnecessary research and statistical analysis, and enable civilian agency and Department of Defense personnel to take on higher priority assignments. Given today’s global environment, government employees are routinely asked to take on more and more tasks with increasingly finite resources, which makes the need for these BPO arrangements even more acute."

CorpWatch Analysis

Because of its high-visibility role as an adviser for the NSA, SI has filled its management team and board of directors with former high-ranking intelligence officials. Harry Gatanas, SI's executive vice president for strategic programs, oversees the company’s business with the Pentagon and its intelligence agencies and remains with the company as Serco's Senior Vice President, Defense & Intelligence Group. Gatanas came to SI directly from the NSA, where he was the agency's senior acquisition executive and the contracting manager for Project Groundbreaker, one of the largest outsourcing projects ever undertaken by a federal government agency. Prior to coming to the NSA, Gatanas spent 30 years in military intelligence, where his duties included managing contracts for the Army.

Recent Contracts/Events

In April 2008, SI announced that it was a member of an SAIC team that won a multi-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Under the contract, SAIC wrote in a press release, "SAIC will support the DIA mission with services in areas including foreign cultures, regional dynamics, illicit drugs, infectious disease and health, and emerging and disruptive technologies to provide effective analysis for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise." SI's latest contract with the NSA was signed in April 2008, when it won three "Enterprise Program Management" contracts with a potential value of more than $300 million. Under the contracts, SI will help NSA “upgrade its acquisition management services" and "modernize its information technology, systems and programs" (major subcontractors on the project include Booz Allen Hamilton and Lockheed Martin). In 2005, SI signed a three-year contract with the NSA to provide training in financial management, and in 2006 added a five-year $6.9 million "task order" to run the NSA's human resources "welcome center" in Fort Meade [where they allegedly tracked and killed Gareth Williams].

Primary sourcing for this profile came from Tim Shorrock, "Spies for Hire: The Secret World of Intelligence Outsourcing" (Simon & Schuster/2008) and from DIA and company press releases.

Another 'Company You Never Heard Of'
PBS: EXPOSE: American's Investigative Reports:

Vanity Fair pulls back the curtain on SAIC, the largest government contractor you've never heard of. Science Applications International Corporation has a workforce of 44,000, annual revenues that reached $8 billion in 2006, and a list of current and former board members that reads like a who's who of political and military heavyweights. How is it that even though "several of SAIC's biggest projects have turned out to be colossal failures," the company always manages to get paid?

"Ok, so this plane has computer systems up the kazoo, and the computer flies the plane from beginning to end most of the time, the pilots just being there for backup.

This flight crashed about a third of the way into a 2, perhaps 2.5 hour flight. Early reports of a Mayday call from the pilots - since "downgraded" to a "communication" or less [now being denied entirely] - happened about 40 minutes before the crash. This may or may not have happened at about the same time the airplane reached its cruising altitude of a surprisingly high 38,000 feet. The communication came within a few minutes of take off, in other words. Jets don't take long to reach altitude.

After that there was no further communication with the aircraft. At least that is my understanding at this point.

8 minutes before the crash the plane began a perfectly controlled descent from 38,000 feet to 6,800 feet. It never deviated from its course. And then it flew right into a mountain. And shattered into a billion pieces.

IF France finds the flight recorders, and IF they aren’t mangled beyond use, and IF they make the actual contents public record, then I won’t be at all surprised to find they didn’t record a word of cockpit conversation from within a minute after that distress call, nor a peep from the passenger cabin. I bet there won’t be any records of any AirPhone usage, or any outgoing messages from any of the cell phones on board.

I think the plane was hacked. Brought down. A poison gas canister attached to the air system and triggered by the "seat belts" signal when the plane reached altitude. And exactly 30 minutes later, the engines were shut down. Either by programming or by remote control. And the computer flies the plane perfectly, like a glider in an 8 minute descent, right into an Alp.

I think looking at the passenger list could be very informative. This looks like a hit. A major hit, at the level of nation-states or the largest criminal cartels. Or a worldwide group of fanatics. So, who was on this flight? Don't expect an honest answer. There are no honest governments.

Don't expect a terrorist group to claim credit for this, IF they have the actual ability. Because if they do, then they'd be smarter to keep quiet and just take down planes at random, or when necessary. And don't ever think that any government or "official" investigation is going to tell you if that happened. The airlines would be out of business overnight."

"UPDATE 2-Allianz says it is lead underwriter for crashed Germanwings Airbus plane
Tue Mar 24, 2015 1:44pm EDT
(Reuters) - German insurer Allianz confirmed it was the lead insurance underwriter for the Airbus A320 plane which crashed in the French Alps on Tuesday.

All 150 people on board the plane, operated by Lufthansa's Germanwings budget airline, were feared dead.

"We are ready to support our client as fully and quickly as possible, working in conjunction with our co-insurers," Allianz said in a statement. Planes are normally insured by a consortium of underwriters who share the risk.

AIG AIG.N was another of the underwriters, insurance industry sources said.

JLT and Willis were joint brokers for the insurance placement, two separate industry sources added. The plane had an insured loss of $6-$7 million, they said. (Reporting by Carolyn Cohn, Jonathan Gould and Richa Naidu, editing by Sinead Cruise and Simon Jessop)"

"Allianz SE[2] is a German multinational financial services company headquartered in Munich. Its core business and focus isinsurance. As of 2013, it is the world's largest insurance company, the 11th-largest financial services group and 25th-largest company according to a composite measure by Forbes magazine,[3] as well as the largest financial services company when measured by 2012 revenue. …. In 1990, Allianz started an expansion into eight Eastern European countries with establishing a presence in Hungary. In the same decade, Allianz also acquired Fireman's Fund, an insurer in the United States, [which commissioned IAP and Final Approach anti-hijacking software from Macdonald Dettwiler & Associates of Richmond B.C. and] which was followed by the purchase of Assurances Générales de France (AGF), Paris. These acquisitions were followed by the expansion into Asia with several joint ventures and acquisitions in China and South Korea and the acquisition of Australia's Manufacturers Mutual Insurance. Around this time Allianz expanded its asset management business as well by purchasing for example asset management companies in California.[7]"

The contractor, Serco, Inc., has worked with the NVC since its inception and with the Department for almost 18 years.

The NVC houses more than 2.6 million immigrant visa files, receives almost two million pieces of mail per year and received more than half a million petitions from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) in 2011. Its file rooms' high-density shelves are stacked floor-to-ceiling with files, each a collection of someone's hopes and dreams and each requiring proper handling. ….

The NVC also preprocesses the chief of mission (COM) application required for the filing of a petition for a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV). Hello everyone, who still cares about his/her ex-lover or having any other problem,My name is Morgan Jackson, a citizen of UK , am 42 years of age..we got married for more than 11 years and have gotten two kids. thing were going well with us and we are always happy. until one day my husband started to behave in a way i could not understand, i was very confused by the way he treat me and the kids. later that month he did not come home again and he called me that he want a divorce, i asked him what have i done wrong to deserve this from him, all he was saying is that he want a divorce that he hate me and do not want to see me again in his life, i was mad and also frustrated do not know what to do,i was sick for more than 2 weeks because of the divorce. i love him so much he was everything to me without him my life is incomplete. i told my sister and she told me to contact a spell caster, i never believe in all this spell casting of a thing. i just want to try if something will come out of it. i contacted Dr Brave for the return of my husband to me, they told me that my husband have been taken by another woman, that she cast a spell on him that is why he hate me and also want us to divorce. then they told me that they have to cast a spell on him that will make him return to me and the kids, they casted the spell and after 1 week my husband called me and he told me that i should forgive him, he started to apologize on phone and said that he still live me that he did not know what happen to him that he left me. it was the spell that he Dr Brave casted on him that make him come back to me today,me and my family are now happy again today. thank you Dr Brave for what you have done for me i would have been nothing today if not for your great spell. i want you my friends who are passing through all this kind of love problem of getting back their husband, wife , or ex boyfriend and girlfriend to contact Dr Brave ,if you need his help you can contact him through his private mail: or you can contact him through his website and you can also reach Dr Brave through his mobile number +2348072370762 and you will see that your problem will be solved without any delay.
