#2767: Can JCS Trump MH Clinton? – Abedin’s Red-Switch Servers – Serco’s 8(a) Zulu Crash

1. Abel Danger (AD) can show the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) and Donald Trump how to stop the Clinton Foundation's corruption of government programs by exposing the pay-to-play donors behind the wrongful deaths of everyone on-board MH Flight 370 and MH Flight 17.

2. AD claims that in 1998, Hillary Clinton’s WH aides gave Huma Abedin a server with override privileges on the Defense Red Switch Network; basically allowing Abedin's foreign handlers to bypass POTUS and the Secretary of Defense for the command of military missions.

3. claims that a Serco-mentored 8(a) company Innoventor installed cesium clocks on E4B aircraft participating in military exercises during the crashes of MH Flight 370 and 17 and allowed Abedin's handlers to kill everyone onboard in Zulu time.

4. United States Marine Field McConnell has explained to Donald Trump how Clinton Foundation donors and Serco's clients in the UK Cabinet Office have used Abedin's private servers on the Defense Red Switch Network to crash planes in Zulu time since the 9/11 attacks. "Digital Fires Instructor Serco - Camp Pendleton, CA Uses information derived from all military disciplines (e.g., aviation, ground combat, command and control, combat service support, intelligence, and opposing forces) to determine changes in enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action."

"Innoventor [a Serco mentored 8(a) company] has been prime contractor at Warner Robbins Air Force Base for the cesium-based master regulating clock, a precision instrument that regulates secondary clocks in complicated systems, for the E-4B Advanced Airborne Command Post for the U.S. Air Force. The complicated project was done on time and under budget despite many changes in scope by the customer. Innoventor works often with Boeing, which builds the E-4B on, a variety of aircraft projects [including spread-betting times for the 9/11 war game], and with Lockheed Martin on solutions for the F-35 joint strike fighter plane."

""Flight 370 Was Remote-Hijacked"
By Kevin Barrett on April 4, 2014
By Kevin Barrett, Veterans Today Editor
A high-level Malaysian source has confirmed that missing Flight MH370 must have been hijacked by remote control. Chang continues:

"Given all this information, it's crystal clear, clear as day, that the one country that has the most sophisticated surveillance technology has remained mute. They may have given sealed evidence – I don’t know. But no public announcement.

VT Editor Gordon Duff says, a gnat has a hard time disappearing. So how can a 777 vanish?

"America has the most advanced satellites in the world…it can detect an object the size of a coin, look at bunkers buried deep underground. NROL 39 (the US National Reconnaissance Office) uses the octopus emblem. It states clearly that enemies of America cannot hide because 'nothing is beyond our reach.' The octopus's tentacles encompass the whole globe. I find it very odd that America has been reticent, conspicuously silent, about what their satellites have shown, if anything."

What makes it especially odd that the US will not admit it tracked the plane is that the flight path involved some of America’s most sensitive military areas:

"As MH370 reached the airspace of Vietnam it went north toward Thailand where the US-run Cobra Gold and Cope Tiger military exercises were being held. Then, allegedly, the plane ended in the Indian Ocean. But there is no evidence or debris. Now what is conspicuous…is that when a plane goes past Southern Thailand into the Indian Ocean, it has to fly past a very important landmark: Diego Garcia, a secretive US military base. It was from this base that the US launched bombers to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Vietnam before that. Surely this base has some of the most sophisticated surveillance technology. Any unidentified plane that flew in the direction of Diego Garcia would certainly be located and identified."

Chang, the former top political advisor to the Prime Minister of Malaysia, noted that the bizarre disappearance of MH370 coincided with the US-run Cobra Gold and Cope Tiger military exercises – just as previous "disasters" have mirrored suspiciously-timed drills and exercises:

"On 9/11, when planes struck the Twin Towers and the Pentagon, there were military exercises taking place, and NORAD and others were confused about whether the planes were part of the exercise or not."

Chang was referring to the notorious 46 drills of September 11th 2001, the biggest pre-designated National Security Special Event Day in US history. Those exercises practiced and then mimicked every aspect of the actual attacks, including a live-fly plane-into-building exercise that shut down the National Reconnaissance Office and prevented NRO personnel from seeing satellite images of whatever the alleged attack planes and their military control planes, including the "Flying Pentagon" E-4B Command Center aircraft, were really doing that day."

"NATO EXERCISE IN UKRAINE COINCIDED WITH MH-17 SHOOT-DOWN
Rapid Trident included a full range of military exercises
Kurt Nimmo | Infowars.com - JULY 23, 2014 202 Comments Rapid
Trident was omitted from the flurry of coverage on the shoot-down MH-17. From the U.S. Army in Europe website:

Rapid Trident supports interoperability among Ukraine, the United States, NATO and Partnership for Peace member nations. The exercise helps prepare participants to operate successfully in a joint, multinational, integrated environment with host-nation support from civil and governmental agencies. Rapid Trident is a part of U.S. European Command's Joint Training and Exercise Program, designed to enhance joint combined interoperability with allied and partner nations. The exercise also supports Ukraine’s Annual National Program to achieve interoperability with NATO and commitments made in the annual NATO-Ukraine work plan.

Rapid Trident included a full range of military exercises. In addition to U.S. troops in Germany and Italy, the exercise included units from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Canada, Georgia, Germany, Moldova, Poland, Romania, the United Kingdom and Ukraine. Liberty Voice reported in March:

Twelve nations will send 1,300 troops to Lviv, a northwestern Ukrainian city near the Polish border. The exercise, called Rapid Trident, is the only military exercise the United States will participate in this year, according to U.S. Army spokesperson Col. Steven Warren, since the U.S. cancelled upcoming Atlas Vision bi-lateral U.S.-Russia military exercises in response to Russia’s actions in regard to Crimea. Atlas Vision had been scheduled to begin in the same month in the northeastern Russian city of Chelyabinsk."

"While a student at George Washington University, Abedin began working as an intern in the White House in 1996, assigned to then-First Lady Hillary Clinton. From 1996 to 2008, she was an assistant editor of the Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs.[14] For several years, she served as the back-up to Clinton's personal aide. She officially took over as Clinton's aide and personal advisor during Clinton's successful 2000 U.S. Senate campaign in New York[4] and later worked as traveling chief of staff and "body woman" during Clinton's unsuccessful campaign for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination.[2][3] Writing in Vogue during the 2007 campaign, Rebecca Johnson called her "Hillary's secret weapon" and noted that what seemed to motivate Abedin was not the details of policy or political horse-racing, but rather "the way that politicians are uniquely invested with the power to help individuals—as with, say, the woman whose legs were badly broken by a piece of plane fuselage on September 11", whom Abedin and Clinton visited in the hospital. Abedin told Johnson, "To me, that’s one of the blessings of this job. In some tiny, tiny way I am part of history, but I am also able to help people."[15] According to a number of Clinton associates, Abedin is also a trusted advisor to Clinton, particularly on the Middle East, and has become known for that expertise.[4] "She is a person of enormous intellect with in-depth knowledge on a number of issues—especially issues pertaining to the Middle East," said Senator John McCain.[4]

State Department, Clinton Foundation, Teneo, 2009–2013

In 2009, Abedin was appointed deputy chief of staff to Clinton in the State Department,[16] under a "special government employee" arrangement created by the department which allowed her to work for private clients as a consultant while also serving as an adviser to the Secretary of State.[17] Under this arrangement, she did consultant work for Teneo, a strategic consulting firm whose clients included Coca-Cola and MF Global,[17] and served as a paid consultant to the Clinton Foundation, while continuing her role as body woman to Clinton.[17] The New York Times reported that an associate of Abedin's said that the arrangement also allowed her to work from her home in New York City, rather than at the State Department’s headquarters in Washington, to be able to spend more time with her child and husband.[17]

After leaving her post at the State Department in 2013, Abedin served as director of the transition team that helped Clinton return to private life,[4][18] continued her work for the Clinton Foundation,[17][18] and set up a private consulting firm, Zain Endeavors LLC.[18]

In 2010, Abedin was included in Time magazine's "40 under 40" list of a "new generation of civic leaders" and "rising stars of American politics".[19][20]

Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign

Abedin has served as vice chairwoman for Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign for president since 2015 and continues in her role as personal assistant to Clinton.[5] Her elevation to the No. 3 position in the campaign was a "transformative shift... to campaign power center of her own," according to Politico.[21] She screened and interviewed applicants for key campaign roles, including campaign manager Robby Mook, and was the primary channel for communications to Clinton before the campaign officially began. After Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump proposed banning Muslims from entering the United States, she wrote an open letter to Clinton supporters calling herself "a proud Muslim" and criticized Trump's plan as "literally (writing) racism into our law books".[22]"

"The Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) is a body of senior uniformed leaders in the United States Department of Defense who advise the Secretary of Defense, the Homeland Security Council, the National Security Council and the President of the United States on military matters. The composition of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is defined by statute and consists of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (VCJCS), and the Military Service Chiefs from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and the Chief of the National Guard Bureau,[1] all appointed by the President following Senate confirmation.[2] Each of the individual Military Service Chiefs, outside of their Joint Chiefs of Staff obligations, works directly for the Secretary of the Military Department concerned, i.e., Secretary of the Army, Secretary of the Navy, and the Secretary of the Air Force.[3][4][5][6]

Following the Goldwater–Nichols Act in 1986, the Joint Chiefs of Staff do not have operational command authority, neither individually nor collectively, as the chain of command goes from the President to the Secretary of Defense, and from the Secretary of Defense to the Commanders of the Combatant Commands.[7] Goldwater–Nichols also created the office of Vice Chairman, and the Chairman is now designated as the principal military adviser to the Secretary of Defense, the Homeland Security Council, the National Security Council and the President.[8]

The Joint Staff (JS) is a headquarters staff in the Pentagon, composed of personnel from each of the four Department of Defense armed services, that assists the Chairman and the Vice Chairman in discharging their responsibilities and is managed by the Director of the Joint Staff (DJS) who is a lieutenant general or Navy vice admiral.[9]"

He did not want to go into details but mentioned that a decoy plane was among the ploys used to guard against possible attempts by supporters to free the suspects. Federal officials have always been circumspect about the fine points of prisoner movement. But ConAir soon could gain a higher public profile with the planned release in June of a movie by the same name. In the Disney film, Nicolas Cage plays a hapless prisoner who wanders into a hijack plot aboard a Marshals Service plane carrying a group of high-security inmates. The Hollywood marshals rough up some of the prisoners, and the plane crashes, leaving the real Marshals Service frowning on the silver screen's invention, said Kristine Marcy, a top official in charge of detentions [and decoy contract hits]. "We don't beat up our prisoners, and our planes certainly don't crash," Marcy said on a recent trip to San Diego, where she was trying to find more jail space for federal prisoners.""

ATTORNEY GENERAL PRESENTS HAMMER AWARDS
AT DOJ "LAB DAY"

WASHINGTON, DC -- Attorney General Janet Reno presented Hammer Awards to three employee working groups from Justice Department components as part of the Department's "Justice Performance Review Lab Day," an event showcasing the achievements of the Department's 16 reinvention labs.

The Hammer Award is Vice President Gore's special recognition to teams of employees which made significant contributions in support of the President's National Performance Review (NPR) principles of improving customer service, cutting red tape, empowering employees, and getting back to basics.

"By accepting the challenge to re-invent government, these employees are making government more efficient and improving the way we perform our public responsibilities," Reno said during theLab Day event in the Justice Department's Great Hall. Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick, who also attended, noted that the employees "have taken the concept of creating a government that works better and costs less and have made it a reality."

The three Justice Department teams receiving the award are:
• The SENTRI Reinvention Lab, for developing a secure, high-tech, automated border inspection system at Otay Mesa, California;

• The Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) Lab, a multi-component effort which has significantly improved the prisoner booking process;

• The Justice Prisoner Alien Transportation System (JPATS), which combines the resources of several DOJ components to schedule [murder for hire] and transport prisoners more quickly, safely, and economically. Additional information on the awardees is attached. 96-523 ###"
"Opened in 1994 as the successor to the Transitional Immigrant Visa Processing Center in Rosslyn, Va., the NVC centralizes all immigrant visa pre-processing and appointment scheduling for overseas posts. The NVC collects paperwork and fees before forwarding a case, ready for adjudication, to the responsible post.

The center also handles immigrant and fiancé visa petitions, and while it does not adjudicate visa applications, it provides technical assistance and support to visa-adjudicating consular officials overseas.

Only two Foreign Service officers, the director and deputy director, work at the center, along with just five Civil Service employees. They work with almost 500 contract employees doing preprocessing of visas, making the center one of the largest employers in the Portsmouth area.

The contractor, Serco, Inc., has worked with the NVC since its inception and with the Department for almost 18 years.

The NVC houses more than 2.6 million immigrant visa files, receives almost two million pieces of mail per year and received more than half a million petitions from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) in 2011. Its file rooms' high-density shelves are stacked floor-to-ceiling with files, each a collection of someone’s hopes and dreams and each requiring proper handling. ….

The NVC also preprocesses the chief of mission (COM) application required for the filing of a petition for a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV). Such visas, for foreign nationals who have performed services for the U.S. government in Iraq and Afghanistan, require COM concurrence before the applicant can file a petition with USCIS. The NVC collects the requisite documents from such applicants and, when complete, forwards the package to the U.S. embassies in Baghdad or Kabul for COM approval"

"Sued for Fraud by DOJ, Security Co That Cleared Snowden Works for U.S. Immigration
APRIL 08, 2014
The federal contractor sued by the Justice Department for failing to adequately conduct government security clearances—including NSA leaker Edward Snowden—is processing sensitive immigration applications for the Obama administration.

This astounding information comes from a high-ranking government source with detailed knowledge of the arrangement. Though it's being investigated by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for fraud, United States Investigations Services (USIS), has been taking over a lot of administrative processing of immigration benefit applications, the inside source told Judicial Watch. The scandal-plagued company is also handling sensitive immigration files, despite its well-documented transgressions.

It's preposterous that a company under fraud investigation is still allowed to handle sensitive government applications, JW's source logically points out. Here's how it happens; Most of USIS's executives are retired officials who worked for the influential Senior Executive Service at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the agency that operates and oversees nearly every government activity in dozens of federal agencies. Their connections help them land federal contracts, JW's source says, and once they land the lucrative deals they convince the government to let them do their own quality assurance so they cut corners.

The serious corner cutting came to light after Snowden, a National Security Administration contractor, divulged thousands of classified documents to the media. USIS, which handles the bulk of background checks for government security clearances, had conducted Snowden's background check as well as the clearance for Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis. Since the two breaches occurred, former USIS employees have come forward accusing the company of unrealistic deadlines and workloads, dumping cases and producing incomplete background checks to meet revenue goals.

As part of its fraud probe of USIS, which is based in Falls Church, Virginia, the DOJ filed a lawsuit in federal court earlier this year accusing the contractor of failing to adequately conduct security checks in 40% of the cases it handled for the government. USIS submitted at least 665,000 incomplete background checks to OPM, the agency that officially contracts firms to do government work, the complaint says. It further alleges that USIS dumped and flushed cases, falsely representing them as completed, to maximize the company's revenues and profits.

Months before it filed the complaint, the DOJ announced that it had launched an investigation of USIS, which the agency revealed had been contracted by the U.S. government since 1996 to perform background investigations on individuals seeking employment with various federal agencies. In the announcement a high-ranking federal prosecutor said USIS's shortcuts would not be tolerated and that the DOJ would take action against those who charge taxpayers for services they failed to provide, "services that could place our country's security at risk."

The top federal prosecutor in the Alabama district where the DOJ filed the USIS lawsuit added that "the increase in foreign and domestic terrorism places an increased responsibility on our government to ensure that unsuitable individuals are prohibited from government employment." That means thorough, appropriate and accurate background checks are essential in the employment of government personnel, the assistant U.S. Attorney said. It appears from the written announcement that the feds get it, but their actions (letting a tainted company handle sensitive immigration files) tell a different story."

"STAYED, TYPE-E U.S. District Court District of Columbia (Washington, DC) CIVIL DOCKET FOR CASE #: 1:14-cv-00726-RMC PERCIVAL v. U.S. INVESTIGATION SERVICES, LLC Assigned to: Judge Rosemary M. Collyer Case in other court: USDC for the Middle District of Alabama, 2:11cv00527-WKW Cause: 31:3729 False Claims Act Date Filed: 04/25/2014 Jury Demand: Plaintiff Nature of Suit: 890 Other Statutory Actions Jurisdiction: Federal Question … MINUTE ORDER. "First, the United States is a plaintiff in a pending False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-33 ("FCA"), lawsuit against debtor U.S. Investigations Services, Inc. ("USIS"). The lawsuit is based on false statements and claims related to background investigations that USIS knowingly presented to, or caused to be presented to, the United States that were not reviewed in accordance with the applicable contractual obligations ("FCA Lawsuit"). (See US FCA Complaint, attached hereto as Exhibit 1.) Specifically, the FCA Lawsuit alleges that USIS devised and executed a scheme — internally characterized as "dumping" or "flushing" — to deliberately circumvent contractually required quality reviews of completed background investigations in order to increase the company's revenues and profits. (US FCA Complaint at ¶ 42.) In addition to USIS, Altegrity and certain non-debtor officers and directors of USIS ("Non-USIS Parties") may have liability arising from the actions alleged in the FCA Lawsuit based on those parties' involvement. The Plan impermissibly: (1) seeks a release of the Non-USIS Parties' FCA liabilities; and (2) extinguishes the United States’ rights relating to setoff and recoupment; and (3) potentially precludes the United States from seeking a determination of non- 1 The United States reserves its rights to supplement or amend this Objection at any time. As such, multiple statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations require USIS to safeguard the government data in its possession. "FBI: 'Hostile Actors' Likely Hacked Clinton Email Secrets
Comey recommends not prosecuting presumed Democratic nominee
BY: Bill Gertz
July 6, 2016 5:00 am
An extensive FBI investigation found evidence that foreign government hackers accessed private emails sent by former secretary of state Hillary Clinton but no direct evidence spies hacked into the several unsecure servers she used.

FBI Director James Comey revealed Tuesday the 11-month probe into Clinton's private email servers uncovered negligent handling of very sensitive classified information that was placed on several unsecure servers between 2009 and 2013, when Clinton served as secretary of state.

In an unusual public announcement, Comey outlined findings that included discovery of highly classified information sent and received on Clinton’s private email servers, and signs that "hostile actors" gained access to email accounts of people who were sharing emails with Clinton."
